YNA is a podcast that focuses on mental health geared toward making it easier for listeners to be more informed and open to conversation on the topic. YNA was founded by Sina Balouch with the intent to change peoples lives for the better. Sina later brought on Cheyenne Patino to bring his ideas to life and put out their first season early 2021.The podcast is not currently co hosted by Sina, Cheyenne, Will Black, and Brandan Acuña. All proceeds from YNA merch on lemonhed.com or sbsuit.com are donated to a new mental health charity every season.
